Services

  • Individual therapy for adults (18 years of age or older).
  • Sessions are by appointment only.
  • Sessions are typically weekly, but we may meet more or less frequently depending on your needs.
  • Currently, appointments are Telehealth only. 

Insurance

  • I am a participating provider for Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, MultiPlan, PHCS, and POMCO and I am considered to be in-network for many of their plans. Please check with your insurance beforehand to make sure that I am considered to be an in-network provider for your specific plan. 
  • Payment (i.e., co-payment, co-insurance, amount toward your deductible, or the whole fee if you are paying out of pocket is due at the time of service. 

Forms of Payment Accepted: cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
